The Big Trees Leadership Foundation develops and inspires the next generation
of leaders by helping students of all backgrounds to take charge of their
interests for the community and to materialize their aspirations into actions.

​GROW TOGETHER WITH  BIG TREES

We believe that the leaders are made, not born. Today there are many young leaders across the globe, making differences in their communities and beyond.
The age is not a limit, but a simple barrier to the materialization of greatness. However, this barrier could be greater for some students than others for reasons such as lack of finance,
lack of guidance, lack of support… and the list continues.
We are here to provide the tools and experiences the students need to overcome the barrier and to grow - as leaders of today. 

At Big Trees Leadership…

We invite the leaders. We have various community service events and extra-curricular activities planned throughout the year for the students to participate.
Some programs are annually repeated, and some programs are newly introduced to reflect the interests of our student leaders.
We encourage the students to break out of their comfort zones and to explore various interests, discovering selves as leaders in their worlds bigger than ever. 

We empower the leaders. Students are the true leaders of our organizations, and our programs reflect on their interests and aspirations.
The students are encouraged to propose and plan their own volunteer programs as Student Project Coordinators,
and we are here to help make their ideas of a better community a reality. 

We mentor the leaders. We guide the students to become leaders in their communities and beyond.
More so, the leaders themselves train the next leaders at Big Trees. The students selected to participate in the mentorship programs …
